Byron Ma

Byron Ma is of counsel to the firm.  Byron has practiced law for over a decade and has extensive experience with litigation, licensing, negotiating NDA and confidentiality contracts.  Also, Byron has expertise with national and international trademark prosecution, including under the Madrid Protocol, and litigation of IP matters.  Mr. Ma has experience with enforcement of IP rights against online piracy of brands.   In addition, Byron has been a key team member on litigation of complex personal injury and product defect cases in San Diego and spanning the country.  Outside the practice of law, Mr. Ma is a dedicated father, as well as an avid golfer and ice hockey player.
